The Xiasumi School Festival event will start in just a couple of days time and as one of the official bloggers I was allowed to get some of the festival goodies before the event opened. One of these items is the [Blossom] Tea House from the good people at Ariskea. So I took the Ariskea box home, rezzed the contents (well the tea house itself – it does have other features), set the tea house down and then went off to have dinner. But lo and behold when I returned the sliding doors had been opened and a trio of silly sheep had set themselves up inside and were serenading three of their friends who seemed eager to join them inside. Oh dear! 😦

One of the wonderful things about “dressing up” in Second Life is that you can wear clothing that would be not only impractical in Real Life but totally unwearable as well and yet … get away with it. Faint Paulse of LWL is one of the premiere Second Life designers who has her pulse, so to speak, on such creations. In early 2011 she produced a bra and panties set which she called “Combustible Lingerie” and it has been a prized possession in my ballooning Inventory ever since. 😀

The Snow Queen is Looking for Love

There are only two days left of the Love Is In The Air event in Second Life and if you haven’t been yet, then it’s time now to make your way there before it finishes. In this post I am wearing the Cecelia Dress which was made for the event by the host, Giz Seorn of GizzA Creations. And like everything she makes it’s another marvel – as delicate and feminine as the suggestions of romantic fashion should be.

I shot this picture in the UMBRAL SIM at Hydra Isles which is currently in a very wintery mode (complete with falling snow) and certainly influenced my Winter Queen styling.
