For those of you who have followed my Flickr stream over the past few years, it would be apparent that I sometimes wear my heart on my sleeve when it comes to political issues. Specifically I am opposed to the death penalty and look forward to a day when it is abolished worldwide, I am in favour of gun control – which has worked in Australia since 1996 – and as a concerned citizen of Planet Earth, I believe that we must acknowledge our common humanity in order to make the world a better place and a place that our children and grandchildren can enjoy just as much as we have. Let peace and happiness reign and let’s cast rancour into the trash!! 😀
